Or are you like me - snowed in and bored out of your mind so you make your own cheese to pass the time? Oof...that was a mouthful.

Well, no matter what your reason for coming to this post is - I hope you end up with a beautiful and delicious farmer's cheese/cheese crumble by the end of the day.

Chokecherry/honey (to use as an oatmeal topping)
Everything Bagel Seasoning (For salad toppers)

Whatever you're hungry for you overdo it. Those  beautiful slabs of fresh salmon are a case in point. When I walk by the salmon case I think I could eat them all. Here's what happens after  you've had your dinner and there is still a lovely hunk of salmon on the baking dish. Salmon Spread! You can make a yummy spread to slather on whole wheat soda crackers,  Triscuits, or whatever cracker you love or, you can roll it up in a  beautiful crispy leaf of romaine lettuce (or again whatever lettuce you  love the best), or, as sometimes happens here, you can just get out a  fork and eat it up! Here's a pretty simple recipe: Ingredients: Leftover Salmon (goes without saying) - whatever is left, you can adjust the rest of the recipe ingredients accordingly. Just keep an eye on it quantity-

Cheeseburger Stromboli

  This is an easy recipe that anyone can do on any cooking skill level. Ingredients: Pizza crust in a can (Can be found by the refrigerated pie crusts) Cooking spray 1 lb. ground beef 8 Cheddar slices 1 cup shredded cheddar 1 T barbecue sauce 1 T Ranch Dressing Directions: (Images Below) 1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Brown ground beef and remove from heat. 3. Stir in BBQ sauce and Ranch into the burger. 4. Spray a large cooking sheet and roll out pizza crust (Keep in a rectangle shape) and flatten as best you can. 5. Lay cheese slices in the middle of your pizza crust. 6. Spread burger mix over pizza crust and cheese into a single layer. 7. Optional: curve roll into a circle like a proper stromboli or just leave it a log shape...however fancy you want it to be is up to you. Make it a heart if you wish. 8. Sprinkle top of stromboli with shredded cheese and season with whichever seasonings your little heart desires. 9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and crust is cooked through

Mama Mary's Lasagna

  This dish is always a crowd-pleaser and makes a large batch. I'm not going to give you a page long story, just want you to get to it and let me know what you think! Prep Time: Around 15-20 minutes depending on what song is playing. Cook Time: 1 Hour, unless you forgot to preheat your oven Serves: 4-12 Depending on how many of you have seconds or thirds! INGREDIENTS: 1-1.5 lbs ground beef (that extra half pound is helpful, but not mandatory. 1 **32** ounce jar spaghetti sauce (any flavor). Make sure you get the 32 ouncer, not 24. If need be get one 24 and a small can of tomato sauce. 24 ounces of cottage cheese 1 cup of sour cream 1 cup of mayonnaise (NOT MIRACLE WHIP) 1  Velveta sauce packet 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese or any Mexican blend shredded cheese. 2  large eggs 3/4 cup parmesan cheese 2 teaspoons dried parsley or non-salted Italian seasoning.
